The company also develops and implements turnkey software for the oil market and the retail trade; and traffic management solutions, analytical systems, and data warehouses, as well as provides systems help desk/service desk for maintenance services. In addition, it is involved in the implementation of systems based on proprietary software and third-party systems, including management of IT infrastructure, business processes, analytical systems, and ERP systems. Further, the company provides IT outsourcing services comprising outsourcing resources and outsourced IT support/maintenance services for system integrators. Additionally, it designs, builds, and implements software to support network management stations and chains stores in the petroleum sector; and offers solutions, including intelligent network management systems and smart metering systems for the energy sector. The company also provides a suite of solutions for remote management of IT infrastructure; analytical and reporting systems; and fraud prevention systems, as well as Harmonie, a system to support the implementation of HR processes and soft service personnel management. The company is based in Gdansk, Poland.
