Ideal Capital Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in the property development business in Malaysia. It operates through three segments: Property Development, Trading, and Project Investment and Project Management. The company is also involved in the trading of heavy machinery and spare parts, and disinfectant products; property investment and management; and asset management activities. In addition, it provides energy management services; manufactures and trades in sterilisation and sanitization, and pharmaceutical products; develops industrial parks; and trades in industrial land and building materials. The company was formerly known as Ideal United Bintang International Berhad and changed its name to Ideal Capital Berhad in June 2022. The company was incorporated in 1979 and is based in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. Ideal Capital Berhad is a subsidiary of ICT Innotech Sdn. Bhd.
