FNS TECH. Co., Ltd manufactures and sells process equipment for OLED products worldwide. It offers cleaner, a device, which removes natural oxide film, ion, organic matters, metal, and impurities on substrates; stripper, a device, which removes photo-resist after the etching process; developer and etcher products. The company also provides GSM, a device that slim down the thickness of LCD glass; coater, a device that coats photo-resist in uniform thickness; vertical process system, a glass transfer system; roll to roll wet process equipment used in FPD manufacturing; and UV lamps for the removal of TOC and bacterial sterilization existing in the DI and water. In addition, the company offers chemical mecanical polishing pads, a chemical mechanical polishing for flattening the uneven part of wafer, as well as provides OLED mask cleaning services. FNS TECH.
