Eterna Plc, an integrated energy company, manufactures, sells, and distributes lubricating oils and petrochemicals in Nigeria. The company operates through Retail and Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals, and Trading segments. The Retail and Industrial segment sells and distributes petroleum products, such as white products in retail outlets and small units to industrial customers. The Lubricants and Chemicals segment distributes manufactured and imported lubricants and chemicals to marine and energy customers. The Trading segment lifts and sells crude oil. The company also imports and sells bulk petroleum products, such as premium motor spirit, automotive gas oil, low pour fuel oil, base oils, and bitumen. In addition, it provides bunkering; gas distribution; liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas marketing; offshore and onshore oil; and gas processing services, as well as trades in condensates. The company was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Eterna Plc operates as a subsidiary of Preline Limited.
