Corero Network Security plc provides distributed denial of service (DDoS) protection solutions worldwide. The company offers SmartWall DDoS protection solutions that are designed to protect business continuity, service availability, revenues, and brand reputations from harmful DDoS attacks. It also provides DDos Intelligence Service, which specializes in automatic detection and protection solutions with network visibility, analytics, and reporting tools; SecureWatch Managed Services that improves defense against advanced DDoS attacks with its security services; SmartWall One, a solution that offers inline and data path protection, edge and cloud mitigation, and scrubbing; and SecureWatch Analytics that can formulate new mitigation rules. The company also offers DDOS mitigation, DDOS protection, and DDoS protection-as-a-service solutions; and architecture option solutions, such as on-premises and hybrid. In addition, it provides installation, deployment, and training services. Further, the company offers SecureWatch DDoS fully managed, attach time, emergency response, security optimization, forensic investigation, audit, and period of interest solutions; IP intelligence and hardware replacement services; and other professional services. It provides its solutions to hosting and cloud, edge, and SaaS providers, as well as internet service providers. The company was formerly known as Corero plc and changed its name to Corero Network Security plc in June 2011.
