Coastal Contracts Bhd. is a global integrated marine oil and gas services and solutions provider. The Company is a marine services provider to the offshore and marine industry. Its main business activities include build, charter, repair, maintain and trade of marine vessels. Its segments include Gas Processing, Vessel Chartering, and Shipbuilding and Ship repair. Gas processing segment is engaged in onshore gas conditioning and jack-up gas compression business. Vessel chartering is engaged in lifeboat chartering business. Shipbuilding and ship repair segment is engaged in fabrication and sale of offshore support vessels and marine transportation vessels, ranging from subsea support vessels, subsea maintenance vessels, platform support vessels and utility support vessels, among others. Its services include sales and purchase; exploration and production projects; newbuilding, and ship repair and maintenance. It operates in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico and Saudi Arabia.
