It operates through three segments: Real Estate, Investments, and Services. The company offers real estate investment and development, management of real estate funds, as well as real estate evaluation services. It also owns, manages, operates, invests, rents, and leases hotels, clubs, health clubs, motels, entertainment houses, rest houses, parks, fairs, restaurants, cafeterias, compounds, tourist facilities, health resorts, sports, and entertainment projects, as well as shops. The company is also involved in development, purchase, sale, and management of properties and land; execution and maintenance of civil, mechanical, and electrical contracting activities; and owns commercial markets and residential compounds, as well as general trading and contracting, and air conditioning and refrigeration business. Additionally, it offers development of infrastructure projects for residential, commercial, and industrial areas under the BOT system.; and imports, sells, and installs various safety and firefighting equipment; and organizes real estate exhibitions. Arkan Al-Kuwait Real Estate Company K.S.C.P. was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
