This diverse segments includes 17 hospitals, four wellness/health centers, two colleges, and an aged care facility, solidifying Al-`Aqar's presence in the real estate investment trust landscape. At the helm of Al-`Aqar's growth is Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad (DRMSB), proudly serving as the fund manager. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Johor Corporation and supported by KPJ Healthcare Berhad, DRMSB has played a pivotal role in fostering Al-`Aqar's growth. As at 31 December 2023, Al-`Aqar's properties value stood at RM1.64 billion and market capitalisation of RM1.04 billion.
