West Wits Mining Ltd (ASX:WWI) has strengthened its board skillset with the appointment of experienced mining analyst Warwick Grigor as a non-executive director.
Grigor brings to the board his broad experience across mining and finance industries, making him well placed to assist the company as it executes its strategic transformation into a mid-tier gold producer.
Furthermore, West Wits thanks outgoing non-executive director Tim Chapman for his service.
“Extensive experience and network”
West Wits chairman Michael Quinert said: “The board is pleased that Mr Grigor has agreed to join the West Wits board as a highly respected and experienced mining analyst, with an in-depth knowledge of all market-related aspects of the mining industry.
“Warwick’s extensive experience and network will be an asset as the company advances uranium exploration and executes the development strategy of the 4.28-million-ounce 'gold Witwatersrand Basin Project (WBP).
“The board would like to thank Tim for his efforts in progressing the group’s strategic objectives whilst sharing his extensive experience in Australian financial markets as the company transitioned from an explorer to developer.”
