Investing.com - NVIDIA Corporation's (NASDAQ:NVDA) CEO, Jensen Huang, recently shared his insights on how artificial intelligence (AI) is poised to revolutionize not just the tech sector but also extend its reach into diverse fields such as agriculture, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and climate change. Speaking at a roundtable discussion during Taiwan's Computex trade show, Huang highlighted the ease of programming AI systems which enables people from various industries to experiment with this transformative technology.

The 60-year-old executive expressed his enthusiasm for making everyone a programmer by simplifying interactions with AI systems through natural language or even drawings. This week has been particularly eventful for Nvidia – following Huang's optimistic revenue forecast that surpassed analysts' expectations by over 50%, the company's market capitalization skyrocketed $184 billion in one day. With a valuation approaching $1 trillion – a milestone never reached before by any chipmaker – Nvidia continues to ride high on global demand for AI-powered chips like those used in ChatGPT.

As an advocate for responsible development and use of artificial intelligence technologies, Huang emphasized the importance of prioritizing safety when it comes to AI products and services. He believes government regulation plays an essential role in ensuring that these innovations remain beneficial without posing undue risks.

Huang further underscored non-tech areas where he sees immense potential for artificial intelligence applications; drug discovery and understanding climate change are two examples that have captured his imagination. Despite current US-China tensions surrounding semiconductor technology exports - including certain restrictions on Nvidia products being shipped to China - he envisions Beijing continuing its support towards fostering local entrepreneurs in their pursuit of advancing AI capabilities.

During his visit to Taiwan, where he was born, Huang enjoyed immense attention from media personnel and fans alike while attending several events at Computex. He addressed students at the National Taiwan University, sharing stories from Nvidia's early days and encouraging them to embrace AI as a crucial element in their future careers. Huang also unveiled an array of new AI-powered products during his two-hour keynote speech at Computex, including robotics designs, gaming enhancements, advertising services, networking technologies, and most notably - an AI supercomputer platform.

The enthusiastic CEO acknowledged that he had been unable to present such innovations for four years due to the pandemic but took advantage of this opportunity to showcase the company's latest breakthroughs. Clearly enjoying his time in the limelight, Huang continued engaging with audiences throughout numerous events while promoting Nvidia's groundbreaking products.
