Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Technology and Consumer Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.19%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb), which rose 1.78% or 0.54 points to trade at 30.94 at the close. Getinge AB ser. B (BS:GETIBs) added 1.45% or 2.6 points to end at 182.1 and Telia Company AB (ST:TELIA) was up 1.22% or 0.48 points to 39.73 in late trade.
Biggest losers included AB SKF B (ST:SKFb), which lost 1.62% or 2.9 points to trade at 176.6 in late trade. Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson B (ST:ERICb) declined 1.58% or 0.98 points to end at 61.12 and Lundin Petroleum AB (ST:LUPE) shed 1.55% or 2.70 points to 172.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 350 to 346 and 95 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.98% or 0.48 to $49.38 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.66% or 0.34 to hit $51.80 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.78% or 9.86 to trade at $1266.26 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.28% to 9.7106, while USD/SEK rose 0.06% to 8.6921.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.26% at 97.39.
