Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Financials, Consumer Services and Industrials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 declined 0.13%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were SSAB AB ser. A (ST:SSABa), which rose 3.69% or 1.45 points to trade at 40.78 at the close. Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Class B (ST:ERICb) added 3.52% or 1.65 points to end at 48.52 and Electrolux, AB ser. B (ST:ELUXb) was up 1.50% or 4.2 points to 283.4 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Svenska Handelsbanken AB A (ST:SHBa), which lost 2.73% or 3.4 points to trade at 121.1 in late trade. Nordea Bank AB (ST:NDA) declined 1.73% or 1.90 points to end at 107.80 and Swedbank AB ser A (ST:SWEDa) shed 1.20% or 2.6 points to 213.9.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 413 to 317 and 92 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.68% or 0.85 to $51.45 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.74% or 0.98 to hit $57.23 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.48% or 6.27 to trade at $1302.77 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.15% to 9.5918, while USD/SEK fell 0.18% to 8.1048.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 92.85.
