Strickland Metals Ltd (ASX:STK) is gearing up to advance its Yandal Gold Project and Earaheedy Base Metals Project in Western Australia with a comprehensive heritage survey set to kick off on October 9.
The areas earmarked for heritage clearance include Great Western, Rabbit Well, Cowza and several regional gold prospects.
Follow-up diamond drilling will commence as soon as clearance is received in late October.

At the Great Western prospect within the Yandal Gold Project, the company has begun an induced polarisation (IP) survey to assess a potentially compelling, large and entirely untested gold prospect.
Results from the survey is expected in the next two weeks.
Meanwhile, heritage clearance at the Cowza prospect will pave the way for a drill program to find high-grade gold mineralisation similar to the Millrose Project.
Adding to the roster of prospects, Rabbit Well has the potential to be a large system, where historical drilling has unveiled elevated zinc anomalism in shallow boreholes, coinciding with a significant gravity feature.
