SRJ Technologies Group PLC (ASX:SRJ) has thanked retiring non-executive director Dr Andrew Mitchell for his “significant contribution” to the company.
Mitchell has provided notice of his retirement to the company and this will take immediate effect.
He has been a non-executive director of SRJ since June 18, 2020, and served as a member of both the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee since their inception.

SRJ chair Rob Pinchbeck said: “Together with my fellow directors, I would like to thank Andrew for his significant contribution to SRJ and its board of directors.
"He has brought valuable insights and experience to our board and committee decision-making.”
The SRJ Board of Directors is actively seeking a replacement for Andrew Mitchell.
Mitchell said: "It has been a privilege to serve with the SRJ Board and management team.
“I wish SRJ every success as it continues to build out its asset integrity business."

The company, which had been suspended from quotation since November 2021, was reinstated to the ASX on December 22 following a market and company strategy overhaul and a CHESS Depository Interests (CDI) placement that raised $1.7 million in new capital.
SRJ Technologies is an asset integrity business offering weldless solutions for permanent and temporary pipe repair or replacement.
