Sprintex Ltd (ASX:SIX) has unveiled a disruptive technology in the realm of wastewater treatment and general industrial applications with its G15 Turbo Blower with Smart Pulse Aeration™ (Sprintex SPA™) tech, poised to revolutionise wastewater treatment in China and other global markets.
The G15 Turbo Blower is designed for improved energy efficiency, promising up to 27-40% energy saving in wastewater treatment applications.
In terms of durability, the lifespan of the turbo blower is expected to exceed four times that of a conventional side channel blowers.
Furthermore, the blower is said to be 50% lighter, 30% smaller and 10 decibels quieter than conventional units in the same application.

“The USA market is expected to grow from A$5.3 billion to A$6.5 billion by 2030 underscoring the immense size and significance of this industry sector.

The tech
Sprintex’s Smart Pulse Aeration mode allows the integral PLC to vary the air output based on the oxygen content of the water reducing energy wastage and ensuring high efficiency of the process.
