Leading provider of innovative energy solutions Sprintex Ltd (ASX:SIX) is set to showcase an extended range of higher voltage options for its S15 Fuel Cell compressor.
The company will present these new offerings at the upcoming World Hydrogen Technology Conference in Houston, Texas, USA, on June 28-29.
A response to industry demand, the new voltage options range from 48V to 800V, catering to the evolving needs of smaller fuel cell systems. The S15 Fuel Cell compressor, a popular integrated controller type 3kW unit, has gained significant recognition for its outstanding performance and reliability.
These higher voltage options will allow Sprintex to meet the growing appetite for energy-efficient solutions in the fuel cell industry.
New Smart Pulse Aeration technology
One of the key features of the new S15 range is the incorporation of unique Smart Pulse Aeration (SPA) technology, developed exclusively by Sprintex.
In addition to its high-efficiency direct drive technology, SPA enables the compressor to save around 30% more energy compared to traditional compressors. Moreover, it enhances the oxygenation efficiency of air delivery to bodies of water, reducing energy consumption even further.
Sprintex's compressors outperform conventional industrial blowers in terms of both durability and energy efficiency. These units have proven to be highly effective in water treatment plants, providing efficient water oxygenation in ponds that are 50% deeper than what traditional blowers can handle. Additionally, they offer up to four times the service life of their counterparts, providing long-term cost savings to customers.
Sprintex's commitment to innovation and sustainability extends beyond the upcoming conference. Sprintex is set to present at the World Hydrogen Conference and Expo in Bremen, and the company will again showcase its offerings at WETEX 2023, the largest sustainability and clean energy technology event in the Middle East, to be held in Dubai.
“At the 2022 World Hydrogen Expo, we picked up three major OEM projects and numerous smaller programs,” managing director Jay Upton said.
“We expect the upcoming 2023 World Conferences for both our Hydrogen Fuel Cell products and innovative water aeration units to bring similar levels of demand.
“After recently participating in two larger energy sustainability events in China, we are seeing a surge in customer confidence and desire for change in our favour and see this trend continuing as we introduce these innovations to the World’s major markets through the remainder of 2023.”
