SensOre Ltd (ASX:S3N) has completed a farm-in joint venture agreement with Gateway Mining Ltd (ASX:GML) to kick off active exploration for lithium across Gateway's Montague Gold Project in the Murchison Region of Western Australia.
The agreement allows SensOre to fund up to $4.5 million in lithium-focused exploration over a 4.5-year period to earn an 80% interest in the lithium rights at the Montague Gold Project.
SensOre's wholly owned subsidiary, Exploration Ventures AI Pty Ltd, will undertake the lithium exploration activities on the project while Gateway retains its rights to all other minerals including precious and base metals.
Furthermore, SensOre plans to leverage its proprietary SensOre DPT© artificial intelligence tool to explore potential lithium targets within the project's tenements, undertaken in parallel with Gateway's ongoing gold exploration activities.
