Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Multi Investment and Industrial Investment sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.73%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Andalus Property Co SJSC (SE:4320), which rose 6.12% or 1.30 points to trade at 22.55 at the close. Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SE:2130) added 2.58% or 0.30 points to end at 11.95 and Knowledge Economic City (SE:4310) was up 1.73% or 0.30 points to 17.60 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Gulf General Cooperative Insurance (SE:8260), which lost 4.59% or 0.75 points to trade at 15.60 in late trade. AXA Cooperative Insurance Company (SE:8250) declined 4.40% or 1.05 points to end at 22.80 and Tabuk Agriculture Development Co (SE:6040) shed 4.35% or 0.60 points to 13.20.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 152 to 12 and 15 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.18% or 0.09 to $51.22 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.19% or 0.10 to hit $53.97 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.07% or 0.84 to trade at $1262.24 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.07% to 4.2114, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 96.87.
