Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Petrochemicals, Media & Publishing and Building & Construction sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.43%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Cable Company (SE:2110), which rose 9.43% or 2.50 points to trade at 29.00 at the close. The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030) added 6.43% or 0.92 points to end at 15.22 and Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SE:2190) was up 3.72% or 0.48 points to 13.40 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Advanced Petrochemical Company (SE:2330), which lost 2.51% or 1.30 points to trade at 50.40 in late trade. Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (SE:4009) declined 2.50% or 0.90 points to end at 35.15 and National Industrialization Co (SE:2060) shed 2.37% or 0.46 points to 18.94.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 116 to 53 and 14 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.32% or 0.24 to $74.53 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.57% or 0.48 to hit $84.39 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.16% or 1.90 to trade at $1190.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.31% to 4.2962, while USD/SAR rose 0.05% to 3.7517.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.28% at 95.71.
