Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Insurance and Media & Publishing sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 0.29%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213), which rose 4.00% or 0.52 points to trade at 13.52 at the close. Electrical Industries Co (SE:1303) added 4.86% or 0.94 points to end at 20.30 and Alkhaleej Training & Education Co (SE:4290) was up 3.03% or 0.42 points to 14.30 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Al Hammadi Co (SE:4007), which lost 2.47% or 0.63 points to trade at 24.92 in late trade. Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co (SE:1330) declined 2.33% or 0.10 points to end at 4.20 and AL-BABTAIN POWER &TELECOM CO (SE:2320) shed 2.21% or 0.50 points to 22.08.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 116 to 59 and 12 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was up 1.00% or 0.56 to $56.63 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 1.08% or 0.71 to hit $66.45 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.22% or 2.85 to trade at $1296.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.13% to 4.2199, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.00% at 97.273.
