Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Insurance, Agriculture & Food and Real Estate Development sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.04%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Mouwasat Medical Services Company (SE:4002), which rose 5.63% or 9.44 points to trade at 177.00 at the close. Tourism Enterprise Co. (SE:4170) added 3.75% or 1.27 points to end at 35.10 and Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance (SE:8100) was up 2.91% or 0.57 points to 20.14 in late trade.
Biggest losers included The Company for Coop. Insurance (SE:8010), which lost 4.97% or 3.71 points to trade at 71.00 in late trade. Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (SE:8210) declined 2.25% or 2.20 points to end at 95.40 and Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SE:2250) shed 2.08% or 0.49 points to 23.10.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 101 to 79 and 7 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.41% or 0.25 to $61.11 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.38% or 0.25 to hit $64.70 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.42% or 5.50 to trade at $1326.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.38% to 4.6446, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7515.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.21% at 89.70.
