Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Sunday, as gains in the Financial Services, Agriculture & Food and Telecoms & IT sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 2.06% to hit a new 1-month high.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Almarai Company (SE:2280), which rose 8.49% or 4.50 points to trade at 57.50 at the close. Jabal Omar Development Company (SE:4250) added 6.46% or 2.50 points to end at 41.20 and Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (SE:8160) was up 5.73% or 1.10 points to 20.30 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213), which lost 10.00% or 2.00 points to trade at 18.00 in late trade. Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SE:2300) declined 4.46% or 0.36 points to end at 7.71 and National Agriculture Marketing Co. (SE:4160) shed 3.09% or 0.95 points to 29.75.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 109 to 65 and 9 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.97% or 1.32 to $65.72 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.22% or 0.95 to hit $76.61 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to trade at $1299.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.31% to 4.3732, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7501.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.22% at 94.16.
