Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Agriculture & Food, Telecoms & IT and Cement sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 1.76%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030), which rose 10.00% or 1.40 points to trade at 15.40 at the close. Saudi Int Petrochemical Co (SE:2310) added 5.19% or 1.06 points to end at 21.50 and Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (SE:4300) was up 4.98% or 0.47 points to 9.91 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Al-Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co. (SE:1810), which lost 7.64% or 1.70 points to trade at 20.54 in late trade. Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (SE:8150) declined 3.75% or 0.64 points to end at 16.42 and Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (SE:4004) shed 2.97% or 1.80 points to 58.90.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 98 to 68 and 17 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.61% or 0.44 to $72.52 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.83% or 0.67 to hit $81.20 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.13% or 1.60 to trade at $1206.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.25% to 4.4170, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7501.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.18% at 93.68.
