Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Telecoms & IT, Real Estate Development and Financial Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 1.66%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (SE:4130), which rose 10.00% or 1.64 points to trade at 18.04 at the close. Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061) added 9.05% or 0.90 points to end at 10.84 and Anb Insurance (SE:8011) was up 8.48% or 1.68 points to 21.48 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Jarir Marketing Co (SE:4190), which lost 2.62% or 4.60 points to trade at 171.00 in late trade. National Medical Care Company (SE:4005) declined 2.20% or 1.10 points to end at 48.90 and Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SE:2250) shed 2.10% or 0.55 points to 25.70.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 153 to 26 and 9 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.19% or 0.12 to $63.09 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.13% or 0.09 to hit $72.06 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.50% or 6.45 to trade at $1270.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.14% to 4.1818, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.19% at 97.947.
