Riversgold Ltd (ASX:RGL) has welcomed experienced geologist and resource professional Edward Mead as a non-executive director (NED) to the RGL Board of Directors.

RGL will benefit from Mead’s 27 years of experience in mineral exploration, mine development and mine production.

Mead will take up the position straight away.

“Ed is well versed in mineral exploration in the Pilbara and Southern Cross areas and will provide valuable support as an NED for RGL’s CEO Julian Ford and the entire RGL team as we push forward with our lithium initiatives at Tambourah and Mt Holland,” Riversgold executive chairman David Lenigas said.
