Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX:RCE, OTC:RECEF) has appointed Alistair McKeough as non-executive director and Maggie Niewidok as company secretary, effective today.
McKeough is a solicitor with extensive operational and board experience in many sectors, including professional services, technology, biotechnology, financial services, education and charities.

Extensive experience
McKeough was formerly Head of Professional Services at Automic Group, which acquired his legal, company secretarial and corporate governance business, Whittens & McKeough, in 2018.
He is currently the chair of the Waratah Education Foundation.
McKeough has had deep leadership experience in many high-performing companies, in which he has had responsibility for a range of organisational performance outcomes including safety and risk management, corporate governance, legal compliance, cost reduction, strategy, change management, M&A, capital raising, culture and value creation.
McKeough has immediately stepped out of the company secretary role to become a director of Recce, having served as Recce’s company secretary and primary legal adviser from 29 November 2017 to 31 August 2022.
He will also assume the role of chair of the company’s audit and risk management committee.
New company secretary
Maggie Niewidok has taken on the role of company secretary.
Maggie is an experienced solicitor and company secretary who has worked across a broad industry base of ASX-listed companies.
