SAO PAULO, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Brazil's state-controlled oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA PETR4.SA said in a securities filing on Monday that an injunction in a civil lawsuit has forced the company to suspend the sale of stakes in the Baúna and Tartaruga Verde oil fields.
Petrobras, as the company is known, will appeal, the filing said. On Oct. 6, Petrobras said it was in exclusive talks with Karoon Gas Australia Ltd KAR.AX to sell its 100 percent stake in the 45,000 barrel-a-day Bauna field, in the Santos Basin, and a 50 percent interest in Tartaruga Verde, still in development, in the Campos Basin.
