Enterprise-grade security and privacy
Security and privacy are critical concerns for enterprises integrating AI technology into their business processes.
ChatGPT Enterprise addresses these needs by offering a range of features designed to protect corporate data.
According to OpenAI, the platform is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts all conversations both in transit and at rest.
OpenAI emphasises that it does not train its models on customer-specific data or conversations, thereby ensuring that businesses have complete ownership and control over their data.
In addition, the new administrative console allows for easy management of team members and provides features such as domain verification, Single Sign-On (SSO) and usage insights, enabling seamless large-scale deployment into enterprise environments.
High-speed and expanded functionality
ChatGPT Enterprise aims to deliver faster and more powerful AI performance with up to two times faster processing speeds.
The service also lifts all usage caps and introduces a 32k context window, allowing for the processing of inputs that are up to four times longer than previously possible.
Beyond speed and security
Beyond speed and security, the platform introduces advanced data analysis capabilities, formerly known as Code Interpreter.
This feature is designed to serve both technical and non-technical teams by rapidly analysing information.
Applications could range from financial analysts examining market data, marketers scrutinizing survey results, or data scientists working on debugging Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) scripts.
Companies can also tailor ChatGPT to their specific needs through shared chat templates to collaborate and build common workflows.
For those looking to create fully customised solutions, ChatGPT Enterprise offers free API credits as part of their pricing model.
We have many more features in the works, including a self-serve business offering and the ability to securely extend ChatGPT’s knowledge with your company data. We’ll launch these as soon as possible and will continue to evolve based on early customer feedback.— OpenAI (@OpenAI) August 28, 2023
