On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for September delivery traded at USD2.768 per million British thermal units at time of writing falling 0.50%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD2.761 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD2.761 and resistance at USD2.832.
US Dollar Index Futures, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.05% to trade at USD94.38.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for September delivery fell 1.03% to trade at USD68.05 a barrel while Heating oil for September delivery fell 1.25% to trade at USD2.1107 per gallon.
