Australia's fourth-largest lender, National Australia Bank Ltd, has hired Brad Peel as corporate DCM director, based in Sydney, reported IFR, a Refinitiv news service. UFJ FINANCIAL GROUP INC 8306.T

Clearing house LCH Ltd said it had appointed Isabelle Girolami to replace Chief Executive Officer Martin Pluves, who is retiring on July 31. REYNOLDS ASSOCIATES
