Kingfisher (LON:KGF) Mining Ltd (ASX:KFM) has appointed its company secretary Stephen Brockhurst as a non-executive director following the resignation of executive director James Farrell.
The resignation is effective immediately with Farrell’s last day with the company being June 27, 2024.
Brockhurst has more than 20 years of experience in the finance and corporate advisory industry and has been responsible for a number of IPOs.
He is currently a director of Locksley Resources Ltd and company secretary of several ASX-listed companies.
Kingfisher’s board wishes Farrell every success in his future endeavours and acknowledges his efforts in leading the company since its IPO, with a number of new REE discoveries being made on its Gascoyne tenure in WA.
In a statement, Kingfisher said: “The board will continue to oversee the company’s activities with the on-ground exploration efforts capably led by the company’s exploration manager Matthew Roach.”
