The infrastructure group holds a board meeting at 1600 GMT the day after a deadline expired for exclusive talks with state lender CDP over the sale of its Autostrade per l'Italia unit.

CDP is expected to present an offer for 88% of Autostrade together with investment funds Macquarie and Blackstone (NYSE:BX) late on Monday, two sources with knowledge of the matter said, adding Atlantia could extend its board meeting to allow directors to evaluate the offer.
