Iondrive Ltd (ASX:ION) has strengthened its board with the appointment of Andrew Sissian as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

The board pick is a strategic move in the company’s ongoing board renewal process, aligning with its focus on the expanding renewable energy sector.

Sissian brings more than 15 years of experience spanning corporate finance and technology.
He is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Accounting.
Procon, Cobre and NAB on CV
Up until this appointment, Sissian served as the CEO of Procon Telematics Pty Ltd, a leading international fleet asset management platform, where he has been pivotal in commercialising and leading the company since 2011.
In addition to his role at Procon Telematics, Sissian is a co-founder and non-executive director of Cobre Limited, a copper exploration and development company and his tenure includes serving as finance director at that company.
Sissian's career also encompasses significant experience with National Australia Bank's institutional bank, where he specialised in acquisition finance and institutional banking across Australia and China.
Prior to his role at NAB, he worked at Wilsons Advisory and continues to advise and invest in early-stage ventures.
