Intra Energy Corporation Ltd (ASX:IEC)'s MD Benjamin Dunn sat down with Proactive in a recent interview, where he highlighted the company’s robust strides in lithium and base metal exploration across multi-jurisdictional tenure in Canada and Australia.
Dunn outlined the recent activities in Quebec's James Bay region, a promising lithium area.
"We've walked the ground, mapped a number of pegmatites, and taken more than 80 rock chip samples away for analysis," Dunn stated.
Dunn also spoke about the Yalgarra Nickel-Copper-PGE Project in Western Australia, revealing valuable insights through high-resolution satellite imaging.
"It's really firming up our lithium target in the northeast corner," he noted, adding that they have "identified some really solid targets for further investigation."
Results from these samples are anticipated later this month or by early November.
Near-term activity is set to be lively.
Intra has a series of plans that include flying LIDAR over the property and additional high-resolution satellite imagery, in addition to pegmatite mapping in Western Australia.
"We're very, very active in the second half of the year," Dunn confirmed.
The progress reflects a proactive approach to exploration and sets the stage for an energetic close to the year.
