FRANKFURT, Nov 11 (Reuters) - German builder Hochtief HOTG.DE beat forecasts for sales and adjusted pretax profit in the third quarter and affirmed its 2015 profit forecast on Wednesday.

Adjusted pretax profit at the construction group controlled by Spain's ACS ACS.MC rose 5 percent to 139.9 million euros, above consensus for 135 million.
It confirmed its full-year forecast to increase operational consolidated net profit by 15-35 percent to 220-260 million euros.
