Investing.com – Finland equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Industrials, Consumer Goods and Financials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 declined 0.08%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Helsinki 25 were Outokumpu Oyj (HE:OUT1V), which rose 2.15% or 0.1850 points to trade at 8.7900 at the close. Kesko Oyj (HE:KESKOB) added 1.68% or 0.75 points to end at 45.37 and Cargotec Oyj (HE:CGCBV) was up 1.05% or 0.55 points to 53.15 in late trade.
Biggest losers included KONE Oyj (HE:KNEBV), which lost 2.46% or 1.13 points to trade at 44.80 in late trade. Amer Sports Corporation (HE:AMEAS) declined 1.71% or 0.39 points to end at 22.44 and Outotec Oyj (HE:OTE1V) shed 1.03% or 0.070 points to 6.695.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 73 to 56 and 23 ended unchanged on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Brent oil for December delivery was down 0.75% or 0.43 to $56.73 a barrel. Meanwhile, Crude oil for delivery in November fell 0.08% or 0.04 to hit $51.52 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 1.72 to trade at $1286.98 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was up 0.15% to 1.1805, while EUR/GBP rose 0.54% to 0.8816.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.06% at 93.01.
