Vertically integrated graphite developer Evion Group NL has appointed Kellie Davis and Kah Yan Lim to the roles of joint company secretaries effective from today.
These appointments will allow the company’s newly appointed managing director David Round to focus on the development and growth of Evion Group’s key assets.
“We’re delighted that Kah Yan and Kellie have agreed to take on this important governance role with Evion,” managing director David Round said.
As an experienced Chartered Accountant and company secretary Davis has significant mining and resource company experience. She is currently a senior advisor with Automic Group.
Lim has been group financial controller for Evion for more than two-and-a-half years and is a valued and experienced member of the team.
Before joining Evion, she was manager – Financial Reporting and Compliance for CITIC Pacific Mining, Perth.
“Our business is expanding internationally and it is critically important that we have experienced finance and governance people well equipped to provide sound corporate advice to our board,” Round said.
“On behalf of the board, I welcome Kah Yan and Kellie to their new roles and look forward to them being part of Evion’s exciting future,” he added.
