Search underway

The board has started a search process for a new managing director and chief executive officer and until that process has been completed, non-executive chairman Bob Duffin will act as executive chairman.

Duffin said: "Since being appointed managing director and chief executive officer in 2021, Wayne has been integral to the company's development.

"During the past year, he managed the company following its successful IPO and ASX Listing in October 2021.

"More recently, he was instrumental in the acquisition of the Neutral Junction Project from Bowgan Minerals Limited, which has significantly strengthened the company's strategic portfolio.

"Wayne's leadership has set the company up for an exciting next phase and, on behalf of the board, I would like to thank him for his contribution to the company over the past year and wish him well in his future endeavours."
