Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Industrials and Personal & Household Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.37%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which rose 1.10% or 4.5 points to trade at 413.0 at the close. Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 0.65% or 1.9 points to end at 293.5 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 0.45% or 6.0 points to 1333.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included ISS A/S (CO:ISS), which lost 1.87% or 4.60 points to trade at 241.60 in late trade. Nets A/S (CO:NETS) declined 1.46% or 1.80 points to end at 121.40 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) shed 1.05% or 5.1 points to 480.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 89 to 40 and 14 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for March delivery was down 1.00% or 0.53 to $52.64 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.65% or 0.36 to hit $55.34 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.66% or 7.85 to trade at $1198.95 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.02% to 6.9539, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4376.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.17% at 100.39.
