Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Healthcare, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 1.49%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 0.97% or 3.1 points to trade at 323.8 at the close. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) added 0.78% or 75 points to end at 9665 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) was up 0.45% or 45 points to 10070 in late trade.
Biggest losers included DSV (CO:DSV), which lost 2.75% or 13.2 points to trade at 467.2 in late trade. Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) declined 2.65% or 8.4 points to end at 308.2 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) shed 1.75% or 3.7 points to 207.8.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 89 to 24 and 23 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.54% or 0.33 to $61.31 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.88% or 0.57 to hit $64.16 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.42% or 5.60 to trade at $1312.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.13% to 6.0988, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4470.
The US Dollar Index Futures was unchanged 0.00% at 90.61.
