Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.95%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which rose 1.12% or 6.8 points to trade at 614.8 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) added 0.44% or 1.4 points to end at 305.9 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was up 0.28% or 0.60 points to 217.50 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Genmab (CO:GEN), which lost 20.07% or 239.3 points to trade at 953.2 in late trade. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) declined 2.56% or 11.0 points to end at 418.2 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) shed 1.61% or 8.0 points to 488.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 101 to 30 and 13 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.83% or 1.24 to $66.64 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.16% or 0.89 to hit $75.58 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.51% or 6.60 to trade at $1297.10 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.20% to 6.4070, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4486.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.17% at 94.37.
