Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Consumer Goods and Real Estate sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.73%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb), which rose 1.48% or 8.0 points to trade at 548.0 at the close. Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) added 1.41% or 4.30 points to end at 309.30 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) was up 1.37% or 1.10 points to 81.20 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which lost 13.69% or 103.0 points to trade at 649.5 in late trade. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) declined 2.37% or 7.0 points to end at 288.5 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) shed 0.99% or 3.9 points to 389.9.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 65 to 52 and 15 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.61% or 0.30 to $49.09 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.52% or 0.27 to hit $52.10 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.27% or 3.42 to trade at $1261.28 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.48% to 6.3363, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4394.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.32% at 93.60.
