Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Financials, Healthcare and Industrials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.67%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb), which rose 6.45% or 34.6 points to trade at 571.0 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) added 4.51% or 18.5 points to end at 428.5 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.28% or 16.0 points to 1264.5 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb), which lost 2.28% or 7.0 points to trade at 300.0 in late trade. Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) declined 2.17% or 8.2 points to end at 368.9 and Danske Bank A/S (CO:DANSKE) shed 1.01% or 2.2 points to 215.8.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 66 to 63 and 12 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.06% or 0.04 to $67.97 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.19% or 0.14 to hit $73.50 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.67% or 8.70 to trade at $1314.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.26% to 6.2172, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4494.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.30% at 92.31.
