Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Monday, as losses in the Personal & Household Goods, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.50%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH), which rose 0.55% or 3.0 points to trade at 545.0 at the close. Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) added 0.52% or 3.0 points to end at 578.0 and Dong Energy A/S (CO:DENERG) was up 0.25% or 0.80 points to 325.20 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which lost 2.39% or 16.0 points to trade at 654.0 in late trade. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) declined 1.62% or 4.00 points to end at 242.90 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) shed 1.24% or 2.6 points to 207.9.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 82 to 35 and 21 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.27% or 0.13 to $47.42 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.61% or 0.32 to hit $52.43 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.63% or 8.35 to trade at $1338.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.45% to 6.2424, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4373.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.36% at 92.49.
