Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.36%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which rose 3.30% or 14.2 points to trade at 444.0 at the close. Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) added 0.61% or 3.2 points to end at 524.2 and Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) was up 0.26% or 1.00 points to 393.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included ISS A/S (CO:ISS), which lost 3.40% or 7.60 points to trade at 216.00 in late trade. Genmab (CO:GEN) declined 3.24% or 42.0 points to end at 1256.0 and Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) shed 1.57% or 10.2 points to 639.6.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 85 to 44 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for May delivery was up 0.79% or 0.50 to $63.51 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 0.67% or 0.45 to hit $68.09 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.71% or 9.50 to trade at $1337.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.30% to 6.0734, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4508.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.14% at 89.82.
