Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Chemicals, Software & Computer Services and Oil & Gas sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.16%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 1.51% or 8.5 points to trade at 573.0 at the close. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) added 1.37% or 5.0 points to end at 370.5 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.24% or 15.0 points to 1225.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb), which lost 2.00% or 210 points to trade at 10270 in late trade. Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) declined 1.61% or 1.20 points to end at 73.25 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) shed 1.57% or 160 points to 10000.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 63 to 55 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.18% or 1.20 to $56.34 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.89% or 1.16 to hit $62.52 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.99% or 12.61 to trade at $1290.81 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.17% to 6.3107, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4412.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.22% at 93.63.
