Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Personal & Household Goods and Consumer Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.06%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 1.62% or 5.4 points to trade at 339.2 at the close. Novozymes A/S B (CO:NZYMb) added 1.17% or 3.7 points to end at 319.2 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) was up 1.10% or 8.0 points to 737.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS), which lost 1.93% or 8.5 points to trade at 431.5 in late trade. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.92% or 12.0 points to end at 614.4 and FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) shed 1.30% or 5.5 points to 418.3.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 64 to 55 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was up 2.84% or 1.71 to $61.83 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 2.47% or 1.57 to hit $65.18 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.24% or 3.20 to trade at $1324.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.08% to 6.0450, while EUR/DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4496.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 90.02.
