Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Healthcare, Personal & Household Goods and Software & Computer Services sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 1.02%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 1.94% or 6.2 points to trade at 325.3 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) added 1.70% or 5.5 points to end at 329.2 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 1.57% or 19.5 points to 1260.5 in late trade.
Biggest losers included TDC A/S (CO:TDC), which added 0.02% or 0.01 points to trade at 49.60 in late trade. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) added 0.13% or 0.30 points to end at 228.50 and DSV (CO:DSV) gained 0.15% or 0.7 points to 482.9.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 78 to 43 and 13 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.68% or 0.43 to $63.98 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.57% or 0.38 to hit $67.42 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.15% or 2.00 to trade at $1332.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.02% to 6.0532, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.4459.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.06% at 89.86.
