Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Consumer Goods sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 0.38%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which rose 2.04% or 4.9 points to trade at 245.5 at the close. Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 1.57% or 11.2 points to end at 722.6 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) was up 1.40% or 6.0 points to 434.4 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Genmab (CO:GEN), which lost 2.17% or 26.5 points to trade at 1192.5 in late trade. Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) declined 1.05% or 4.10 points to end at 385.00 and Jyske Bank A/S (CO:JYSK) shed 0.39% or 1.4 points to 357.2.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 65 to 50 and 20 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 4.34% or 3.07 to $67.64 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 3.45% or 2.72 to hit $76.07 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.08% or 1.10 to trade at $1303.30 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.50% to 6.3876, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4481.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.43% at 94.12.
