Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Monday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Real Estate sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.21%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED), which rose 1.79% or 6.90 points to trade at 391.90 at the close. GN Store Nord (CO:GN) added 1.09% or 2.4 points to end at 222.6 and Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) was up 0.99% or 0.70 points to 71.50 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which lost 0.47% or 1.6 points to trade at 337.6 in late trade. FLSmidth & Co. (CO:FLS) declined 0.38% or 1.6 points to end at 416.7 and Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) shed 0.14% or 1.0 points to 736.0.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 71 to 55 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.29% or 0.80 to $61.24 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.96% or 0.63 to hit $64.86 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.23% or 3.10 to trade at $1320.90 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.18% to 6.0417, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4482.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.18% at 89.95.
